Welcome. Here is a little about me.
I go by Steve. I consider myself to be a student of life, and share what I think/find on my BLOG.
I have a B.S. and Ph.D., both in finance, as well as a J.D.. I teach corporate finance, real estate, real estate finance, and real estate investments. My research interests focus on real estate, alternative investments, and FinTech.
I also run a blog focussed on the intersection of finance, entrepreneurship, and tech, called ENTERPRISE OF ONE. I am in the process of finishing a book titled the 12 IMMUTABLE LAWS OF FINANCE. I hope that it will be finished in 2021. You can also read some of the ARTICLES I have written.
I am currently working on a couple projects focused on FinTech and entrepreneurship. The best way to keep up with my projects and things I find interesting is to subscribe to my NEWSLETTER. I am also a partner at MARKET STREET ADVISERS, a business and real estate investment consulting firm focussed on data analytics and analysis of business and real estate investments. Previously, I developed real estate, and have started a number of businesses. I was also the founding editor of New Urban Living magazine and Fourteener Motoring magazine, now NINE MOTORING.
My wife, Julie, and I have an amazing family with kids ranging from 11 to 25 years old. And I am an avid Porsche fan.
